Eligibility criteria

The Certificate 3 Guarantee is a key initiative under the Queensland Government’s five-year training reform action plan – ‘Great skills, Real opportunities’.

  • Students aged 15 years or above and no longer at secondary school
  • Permanent resident in Queensland
  • Australian/NZ citizen or permanent resident or temporary resident with an eligible visa
  • Must not have completed or be enrolled in a Certificate III or higher (not including
    qualifications completed at school)

Candidates must be 18 years of age minimum to complete TLIIC0003 Licence to Operate a Forklift Truck due to high risk licensing requirements.
