“Training assessor in load shifting/driver development program.”
Has this always been your position here?
“I was first employed as a heavy vehicle driver trainer, and with my prior load shifting experience, I was appointed to role of load shifting trainer.”
What made you want to work with Major Training?
“It’s a well-established and reputable larger training company.”
What’s your favourite thing about working with Major Training?
“Being given a chance to share my knowledge and skills to new trainers.”
How has the business changed since you started working here?
“It has a more positive image and approach to improving trainees’ overall experience whilst attaining new skills.”
What are some of the key achievements/proud moments you’ve had working with Major Training?
“Acknowledgement from students of their positive achievements with their newly gained skills.”
How will you be celebrating your 3-year anniversary with Major Training?
“Very quietly.”
